Presentation guide

1. Instructions to the Abstract

All abstracts of registered topics will be published in the Abstract volume of the Colloquium.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and send back for corrections to the author if necessary;
- After 15th July 2008, the abstracts will not be published in the Abstract Volume because of the typography process (type-setting, proof-reading, etc.).

Please read all instructions before submitting your abstracts.
The text should be concise and must contain substantial information. Do not use abbreviations in the title of the abstract.

Main requirements:
(a) abstract body should not exceed 250 words; file format should be MS-Word.doc or .rtf; font - Times New Roman 12, normal, single line spacing.

(b) author's name first, then the coauthors in alphabetical order; font- Times New Roman 12, bold

(c) mail contact of all authors must be centered and place under and middle position the title; the font used is Times New Roman 10, italicized;

Abstract submission:
Please send your Abstract as attached file to Mária Tóth (maria.ronkay@gmail.com) and write into the Subject: abstract and your name, e.g. abstract_peter_pallagi.


2. Oral presentation

The planned time for the oral presentations is about 20 minutes (including the 5 minutes discussion) depending on the number of the oral presentations.


3. Poster

A board of 115-120 cm (width) x 85-90 cm (height) will be accepted for a poster. The A4 format copies added to each poster would be very welcome.
Please edit your presentations (oral and poster) in Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.ppt) format. The technical facilities for the .ppt presentations (computer and projector) will be provided. If you need any additional tools, please sign it on the registration formula.
